How does a return work?
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, please return it to us within 30 days. Use the return label enclosed with your order or request it from us if necessary. Please keep your post office receipt. Please note that free returns are only possible for shipments within Germany and Austria.
Shipping costs and return costs for foreign deliveries are at the expense of the buyer.
Upon receipt of the goods, you will immediately receive a credit note/transfer in the amount of the purchase price. The type of credit depends on the selected payment method and is made either to the current account, the credit card account or to the PayPal account.
Please note that the delivered goods may only be used for fitting (comparable to the fitting in the shop). In the event of further use, we reserve the right to demand appropriate compensation. The aforementioned restrictions, which result from the listed return modalities, apply in any case only after the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period.
What can I do if a product is currently no longer available?
GLORIELLAS are produced in small quantities according to demand. We are committed to minimizing our environmental impact and limiting overconsumption and overproduction. Therefore, it may happen that some styles are temporarily sold out.
If the product you want is no longer available, simply click on the small envelope next to the size you want and enter your email address. We will notify you by email as soon as your item is back in stock.
How much does shipping cost?
From an order value of 50,- EURO we deliver free of charge within Germany and Austria. For orders under 50, - EURO we charge a shipping fee of 5, - EURO for shipping and packaging.
The shipping costs for delivery to other countries are:
5,00€ Belgium, Denmark, France, Great Britain, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Poland, Czech Republic
10,00€ Italy, Liechtenstein, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary
25,00€ Portugal, Greece, Norway, Croatia, Romania, Republic of Serbia, Finland, Latvia
The shipment is carried out by DHL (Deutsche Post AG) for shipments within Germany.
Shipments to other European countries are delivered by DPD.
Orders under 50 EURO will be shipped by Deutsche Post as a letter in standard shipping. Tracking of the shipment is therefore not possible.
Shipping to other countries are not possible at that time.
How do I care for my GLORIELLAS?
Products from the GLORIELLAS brand are made of high quality handmate materials. Slight deviations in color and grain as well as small irregularities in the leather are specific features of the material and testify to the uniqueness of the product.
In order to give your product optimal care, we advise you to keep it away from substances with alcohol content (perfume, solvents), fatty substances (make-up) and rough surfaces.
After direct contact with water, it is recommended to lightly pat the product dry with a light-colored soft cloth and keep it away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
In the case of glittering or metallic leather, a special coating is applied to the leather surface, which is particularly sensitive to abrasion. Therefore, traces of wear can occur in heavily stressed areas.
How to remove the protective film?
In order to protect the leather sole from dirt and scratches when trying them on, GLORIELLAS stilettos are equipped with protective films, which you should remove only after purchase as follows:

Underneath the protective film is another transparent film that you can easily peel off with a eraser at the front of the tip.

Step 3:
Remove this foil by gently peeling it off from the tip to the heel.
Recommendation:
After removing the protective films, we recommend that you have a rubber sole fitted by a shoemaker to protect your GLORIELLAS in the best possible way.
