How can I return an item?

You can return any unused item purchased from our online shop within 14 calendar days of delivery. Returns within Germany are free of charge. For international returns, shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

Return process:

1. Request a return label

   For returns within Germany, email us at kontakt@gloriellas.com to request your free return label.

2. Pack and ship the item

   Please return the unused item to the following address:

   Germany

   Be sure to get a receipt from the postal service when dropping off your return.

3. Refund

   Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund for the purchase price to your original payment method within 14 days. Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important return conditions:

• Returned items should only be tried on as you would in a physical store.

• If the item shows signs of use beyond this, we reserve the right to deduct a reasonable amount for loss in value.

• These return conditions apply after the statutory withdrawal period has ended. Your legal right of withdrawal remains unaffected.

International returns

Returns from other European countries are subject to shipping costs, which must be paid by the customer. If you need assistance, feel free to contact our customer support.

Looking for a different size or color?

Simply return the original item and write your desired size or color on the return form.

• If available: We will ship the new item to you free of charge.

• If unavailable: We will automatically issue a refund to your original payment method.
